Epping and District Probus Club Inc.'s Annual General Meeting is held following the conclusion of the Club's March General Meeting: Committee positions are declared vacant and election of a new committee takes place.
Our 2021-22 Committee:
* Assistant Officers may attend Management Committee meetings but may not vote unless they are acting in the absence from the meeting of the officer they are assisting.
Ancillary Officers:
Epping District Probus Club Inc. is governed according to a Constitution and a set of Standing Resolutions.
The Constitution can be changed only by a vote of at least 75% of members present at a General Meeting. Proxies are allowed and are included in the count of members present.
Standing Resolutions can be considered as an addendum to the Constitution, but they are easier to change. Standing Resolutions can be changed only by a vote of at least 50% of members present at a General Meeting. Proxies are allowed and are included in the count of members present.
Epping and District Probus is a men's social club for retirees or semi-retirees. If you live anywhere near Epping (NSW) we invite you to join our Club and participate in our activities - to have Fun, enjoy Friendship and enhance Fellowship in retirement. Partners are always welcome to join in our activities.
